Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

*Due to COVID-19, we have limited team members on site to process orders. Please expect extra 1-2 days for your orders to be shipped. If your order is significantly delayed due to COVID-19, please contact us at support@soto-studios.com.

P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Order Confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully. We will also send you a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@soto-studios.com, we can assist you with the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Lost Package

After the tracking shows the package is delivered to the shipping address entered on the order, we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If your package loses tracking on the way to its destination for more than 5 days, please contact us with your order information at support@soto-studios.com.

 

Cancel/Change Order

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or change orders after they have been placed. Our system automatically transmits orders to our warehouses for processing after receiving them. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@soto-studios.com.

 

Wrong Shipping Address

If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us at support@soto-studios.com right away. After the order has been shipped from the warehouse, we are not able to change the address any more. You will be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Please make sure to enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart. 

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the United States or Canada. If you like our styles or products, please let us know by sending an email to us at support@soto-studios.com, we will work with our shipment carrier to place the order for you depending on your shipping location.
